Exercises for the forearm
Forearm complaints usually originate in the muscles. Increased muscle tension places greater pulling forces on tendons and attachments or irritates the nerves of the forearm. With the right exercises, you can reduce these symptoms.
Forearm complaints
The forearm muscles attach to the elbow and/or the hand. Pain therefore often radiates upward or downward. Overuse of the forearm muscles due to work or hobbies is often the cause. Rest reduces symptoms temporarily, but it actually makes the forearm weaker. With the right exercises, symptoms decrease and you increase the load tolerance of the muscles and tendons. This reduces the chance of the symptoms returning.
