Exercises for the foot
We use our feet every day. If they do not function well, walking immediately becomes a problem. Exercises often help reduce symptoms.
Foot complaints
The foot consists of many small bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. They must all work well together to stand, walk, jump, etc. If a problem develops in the foot due to injury or aging, everyday activities suddenly become much harder to perform. Exercises to strengthen the foot muscles and increase the mobility of the joints help relieve symptoms.
Start foot exercises now
For different foot complaints, our physical therapists have created special exercise programs. They include exercises for the foot and the rest of the leg. The program starts with relatively light exercises and gradually becomes more challenging. This way, you steadily rebuild the load tolerance of the foot. With the exercise program, you always know exactly what to do because each exercise includes a professional video and clear instructions.
Below is an overview of all exercise programs for the foot. If you are not sure which condition you need an exercise program for, start with the self-check first.
