Refund criteria
After the 7-day trial period and your subscription becomes a paid plan, you will be billed for the upcoming month. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused features. We understand exceptional circumstances can occur, and requests are reviewed case-by-case:
- Technical issues: Significant technical problems preventing usage, not resolvable by our support team.
- Involuntary charges: Billing mistakes due to our error.
To request a refund, contact our support team with:
- Your account details (registration email).
- Description of the problem or reason for request.
- Any supporting proof or screenshots for your claim.
Refund process
Upon receiving your request, our team will review it within 7 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel at any time via account settings. Post-cancellation, you retain service access till the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges apply. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within the billing period.
Changes to the refund policy
