Exercises for the buttock
If you have buttock complaints, they can often be resolved with targeted exercises. We have developed several exercise programs specifically for these complaints.
Buttock complaints
Buttock pain is very unpleasant and can significantly affect daily life. Sitting, walking or bending becomes difficult. Often there is overuse of the gluteal muscles. Doing exercises to relax and strengthen these muscles is a good idea. This will relieve the symptoms and reduce the chance of the pain returning.

The exercise programs for buttock complaints were created by our physical therapists and include professional instructional videos. This way you always know exactly what to do. The program starts with relatively light exercises and gradually becomes more challenging. With these exercises, you steadily rebuild the load tolerance of the buttock.
An overview of all exercise programs for the buttock can be found below. If you are not sure which condition you need an exercise program for, start with the self-check first.
