Exercises for the upper back
Upper back complaints are usually located between the shoulder blades. To get the upper back pain-free and flexible again, it is recommended to do exercises.
Upper back complaints
Upper back symptoms often arise from a prolonged (work) posture or from a spinal condition. The muscles and joints then become stiff and painful. To reduce these symptoms, getting moving and staying active is best. Exercises to restore the mobility of the upper back also help the muscles relax.
